This role acts as CA contact and manage relevant topics related to plant and part of International beverage business in GCR, including operation licenses, gov’t and trade associations engagement, social impact program execution, issue and crisis management etc.
Responsibilities• Support International beverage stakeholder engagement strategy and execution in China • Ensure operation licenses and gov’t approval for plant operation, new investment, etcs • Act as PEP POC to Guangzhou related gov’t and association bodies and PEP representative on relevant activities and events • Lead GA support on issue and crisis management related to International beverage and plant.• Lead the SI program execution in Guangzhou • Lead the operation of plant GA committee and SI committee, incorporate CA strategy into plant strategy as part of plant Leadership Team • Ad-hoc and other work assignment when needed
Qualifications• 8 years or above solid experience in Corporate Affairs field, food MNCs experience is a plus;• Extensive knowledge and experience working in/dealing with gov’t officials, and public sector stakeholders• Good experience in issue management• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail• Be fluent in both spoken and written English
