Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for managing the relationship with Co-Manufacturers, acting as a link between PepsiCo and 3rd Party Manufacturers, driving Service, Quality, Costs

Your Impact

As SC Co-Man Analyst (Contract Manufacturing) your responsibilities would consist of:

• Act as the key contact point between Co-Manufacturers and PepsiCo. Be PepsiCo's agent for all business issues related to Co-Manufacturers and act as an “account manager”, ensuring all relevant internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, QC, R&D, Legal, etc.) are aligned• Manages day-to-day decision making and operational aspects of designated supply base, managing issues with peers as required escalating to Contract Manufacturing leadership and Business Unit Leader when deemed appropriate • Drives long term performance improvement across Cost, Quality and Service• Systematically measure performance vs. KPIs (business & process) to drive change and continuous improvement establishing and following necessary actions to improve overall performance• Support Global Procurement to develop best in class contracts with all co-manufacturers via the support of Legal team• Work with Operations to determine future needs in terms of installed capacity and adopt appropriate measures to certify proper supply strategies to meet business requirements • Work with Lean Six Sigma experts in PepsiCo to provide sustainable sources holding year over year productivity • Ensure compliance with all aspects of Quality & Food Safety for products manufactured in Co-Manufacturers• Work with QC and Governance & Compliance to ensure audit improvements are implemented as a solution to consumer complaints• Work with Co-Man to ensure he meets and maintain targets defined by QC, Quality Assurance and R&D in all regional and global programs• For 3rd party business models:o Enable flawless execution from contractual, service, cost and quality perspectiveso Optimize operating models delivering agile solutions to Business Unitso Work jointly with Innovation Co-Man team to identify potential 3rd party manufacturing sources for BCP
