ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
• Lead the team responsible for financial / controlling processes related to commercial agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.• Support Senior Leadership, implementing and coordinating operations in alignment with strategic guidance, providing robust financial analyses, consolidated information, and critical insights for decision‑making.• Ensure integrity of provisions, payments, internal controls, and reports, driving continuous improvement and process standardization.
Your Impact
• Lead the commercial agreements team and processes, ensuring technical quality and meeting deadlines.• Coordinate the accruals process, ensuring adherence to Corporate and PBF Policies and internal / external audit requirements; Manage and ensure P&L impact according to GAAP; • Lead monthly closing / reporting process (LE, FCST, ST), aligned with responsible areas ensuring deadlines are met; Oversee and explain variances (Actual vs FCST / AOP);• Prepare and present monthly report to Sales Senior Leadership, providing strategic perspective and influencing financial decisions.• Manage Internal Controls / SOX compliance, including documentation, reviews, and action plans.• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring consistent deliverables and follow‑up of recommendations.• Support Senior Leadership and deploy projects and automations, ensuring alignment between operations and business strategy, keeping robust controls.• Implement and monitor policies, processes, and procedures, fostering a compliance‑oriented culture.• Develop and mentor the team, promoting continuous improvement and strong performance, in alignment with OPW and SUPER5 pillars.
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;• Advanced/Fluent English; Intermediate Spanish (nice to have);• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills;• Experience with SAP (FiCo modules);• Knowledge of Power BI, automation tools (RPA), data driven mindset;• Strong experience in financial analysis, projections, provisions, and reconciliations;• Previous experience leading financial processes and teams;• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;• Clear communication and ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels;• Data‑driven decision‑making capabilities;• People leadership skills focused on development and collaboration;• Process‑oriented mindset and continuous improvement approach;• Influence and stakeholder management.
