Each year, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new graduates to join our Early Careers programs. Our Graduate Program offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.
LOCATION OVERVIEW
Our graduate programs are based out of our PepsiCo office locations in the region. Throughout your rotations, you will work from our Broek op Langedijk plant and Utrecht office, depending on the needs of your rotation. These locations bring together our key business teams and offer exposure to the operations that support our brands and customers.
SUPPLY CHAIN GRADUATE PROGRAM
Embark on a two year journey designed to give you a broad understanding of our end to end supply chain. Throughout the program, you may rotate across areas such as Customer Service, Logistics, Demand Planning and Manufacturing, gaining hands on experience across our operational landscape.
You will explore the mechanisms behind efficient logistical operations, strengthen your understanding of supply chain planning and gain exposure to customer focused strategies. Some rotations may be based at our headquarters, giving you insight into various central functions.
One rotation includes a 12-month placement in Manufacturing where you will immerse yourself in day-to-day production environments and contribute to operational excellence. Your experience will include initiatives focused on efficiency, process improvements, loss point identification and product and packaging waste reduction. WHAT TO EXPECT
- Learn the in & outs from FMCG Supply Chain
- Hands-on learning in customer service, planning, logistics and change projects
- Get understanding of full end-to-end supply chain
- Cross-functional work with sales, finance and marketing
- Manage improvement projects with presentation to senior management in HQ and plant
- People management in the heart of our production site
- Responsible for own production line with our beloved products
- Working in a customer centric environment with passion for our products supported by an energizing team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Master degree completed in 2025 or up to 3 years of experience
- Interest in Supply Chain processes such as planning, operations, order capture and manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner who builds relationships and enjoys challenges
- Strong organizational skills, a high level of energy and a result driven mindset
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Flexibility to rotate across functions and work in shift regimes during the plant rotation
