Within Greater China, the Be & Cheery business represents a strategically important growth engine, operating at the forefront of consumer‑led innovation, digital commerce, and localized execution.

This role plays a central role in shaping and advancing the Be & Cheery growth strategy, supporting the business in navigating a rapidly evolving consumer, channel, and competitive environment. This role supports the development and execution of Be & Cheery’s growth strategy, working closely with business and functional leaders, responsible for driving strategic insight, supporting priority initiatives, and enabling disciplined execution to unlock scalable growth for the Be & Cheery business and empower the rest of APAC business via China-out capabilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives across digital growth, consumer engagement, portfolio evolution, and GTM effectiveness- Drive strategy from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational realities- Support the annual strategic planning process, including initiative prioritization and execution roadmap development- Contribute to strategic partnerships and inorganic growth opportunities relevant to the Be & Cheery agenda- Synthesize complex inputs into clear, decision‑oriented materials for senior leadership

Role Characteristics

- High exposure to senior leadership and critical business decisions- Broad scope spanning strategy, execution, and transformation- Strong fit for candidates with strategy, consulting, or commercial experience in China consumer or digital‑led businesses

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience with a strong academic foundation (BA required; MBA strongly preferred), including top‑tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy background- Proven track record in digital transformation, digital operations, or data‑enabled growth initiatives; digital entrepreneurship or venture exposure a strong plus- Highly structured, analytical thinker able to frame complex problems, identify key value drivers, and develop clear strategic frameworks- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross‑functional teams through clear, compelling communication- Hands‑on, resilient, and adaptable leader with strong ownership, comfort in ambiguity, and a bias toward execution and results
