Operational role that combines process (Gap Closing, HPP, Quotas, Out sku) and project management from commercial side (NPD launches, rotations, relaunches, CRPT projects) across both short- and long-term planning horizons. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, supply, marketing, catman, perfect store) to solve business problems.
- Lead cross-functional processes Gap Closing, HPP, Out Skus Forums & modernize/improve
- Operational adgenda: npd, rotation, relaunch issue
- Mitigate w-offs through x-functional tools
- Quotas management
- Other projects cross-category projects: CIM etc
Требования:- 4+ years of experience in FMCG (sales, finance, planning, analytics).
- Strong understanding of key strategic and operational category management processes.
- Knowledge of P&L, analytics, and statistics.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and in cross‑functional collaboration.
- Understanding of digital technologies and analytical tools.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level.
