Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities in AFH and Licensed channels, and build joint plans with Sales.
- Lead category range reviews and provide PICOS and category materials for customer pitches and new business.
- Act as the Perfect Store lead for Licensed, driving monthly reviews, consolidating PICOS, and maintaining the MSL.
- Develop and embed Category Strategy across AFH and Licensed, strengthening distributor and wholesale capability.
- Serve as the link between AFH/Licensed and Category/Dx teams, contributing to IBP, NPD forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Support the P&C Category Manager with range reviews, planning, strategy days, and key activities across non‑managed / Scan P&C accounts.
About you:
- 2–3 years of FMCG experience with strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, economics, or business.
- Experience using Nielsen/Aztec data (scan & panel) with solid category or customer-facing sales exposure.
- Familiarity with range and merchandising tools (e.g., Efficient Assortment, Space Analytics).
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong internal and external relationships.
