Overview

The role is responsible for partnering with the Transition Lead/Transition Manager, PMO, and functional teams to plan and execute the transition (migration) of business processes from PepsiCo business units/sectors to Capability Center, in line with the PepsiCo transition methodology.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment. • Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.• Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).• Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.• Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements.• Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.• Managing stakeholders and communications, including escalation facilitation when required.• Coordinating with relevant teams to deliver service metrics for the planned migration, required service documentation and required IT access and tools.• Managing logistics for travel related to transition• Maintaining transition wave files and folders for future audit purposes.• Contributing to scope design and transition audits; maintaining design engagement to ensure outputs set the project up for success in line with the GCC strategy.• Owning and driving the POC role within the transition team (Q&A, IT, tools, methodology).

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management skills.• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.• Understanding of KPIs/metrics, process improvement.• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.• Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic, and evolving environment.• Demonstrated track record of successful project execution.• 6–8 years of experience with a project management background.• Fluent English
