This new role is integral to the adoption of o9 in markets where IBP has been deployed. The role will be responsible for partnering with the L1 triaging team to understand and create RCA for user raised incidents associated with IBP/ o9. Incidents that are high impact will then require follow up in the way of CR creation or change management in the markets, and action plans prioritised by capability/ market. This role will also be pivotal to provide training to market users in UK & PL and across Europe, supporting the implementation PODs for UAT/ CRs.

Responsibilities

• O9 Super User support to Key Users/ CoE for DP, SOP/E functionality• Establish Key User Community to share best practice and knowledge of o9 solution and identify continuous improvements to add value to the IBP process• Drive Incident resolution assigned to process within SLAso Reduce Process incidents linked to training/ user erroro Drive process conformance where repeat incidents occuro Follow up on technical incidents with product sustain teams to ensure robust RCAso Share effective communication/ updates on trends related to process incidents• Ensure user training and change testing documentation remains updated• Join IBP POD teams to deliver training to markets users on IBP capabilities

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 5+ years planning experience showing excellent thinking/problem solving skills. • Strong experience on Digitalisation Projects leading issue resolution and user training• Prior work experience and exposure to supply chain/ business planning technologies.• Strong analytical and logical skills with ability to make recommendation after anlysing the situation and process improvement skills.• Functional knowledge of Demand Planning, iS&OE/P and analytics.• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills – ability to work constructively across different teams to get great results on the committed timelines
