Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end replenishment planning for Woolworths Distribution Centres to deliver strong service and inventory outcomes.
- Convert demand plans and scan forecasts into accurate, executable order plans.
- Partner with Woolworths Replenishment teams to resolve supply issues and improve product availability.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Customer, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts and execution.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities while acting as a trusted long‑term supply chain partner to Woolworths.
About you:
- Experience in replenishment, supply planning, demand planning, or customer supply chain, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong understanding of retailer DC replenishment models, with Woolworths experience highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working in data‑rich environments.
- Highly collaborative, able to build credibility with customer stakeholders and work across multiple teams.
- Proactive and solutions‑focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
