Обязанности: - Lead and coordinate key workstreams within the Transformation Office, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver real business value
- Solve complex, cross-functional problems — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous challenges
- Partner with the teams to design and embed new ways of working, simplifying where we can, scaling what works
- Build and maintain robust programme governance: progress reporting, risk management, and executive-level updates
- Act as a trusted thought partner and connector — bridging strategy and operations across teams and geographies
Требования: - Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in large organisations
- FMCG, consumer goods, or similarly fast-paced environment a plus
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving — comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communicator: clear, concise, and persuasive at all levels
- Collaborative by nature; able to influence without authority
- Calm under pressure, with a healthy sense of humour when things get complex
