As the Stakeholder Engagement Manager for Supply Chain Transformation, you'll join a dynamic team at PepsiCo, diagnosing, designing, and executing change management and communication strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and transformation. You'll be pivotal in ensuring that stakeholders at all levels understand, support, and adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. Your role combines strong relationship-building skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages that drive alignment and adoption during complex change.

You will partner across Program Management, Change Management, Integration Management and Transformation Office to identify and manage stakeholders E2E so that we can:

  • Build support: Create a coalition of supporters who advocate for the transformation
  • Create Buy-In: Involve stakeholders to ensure their perspectives are valued, increasing their sense of ownership and commitment
  • Ensure Alignment: Align transformation goals with the needs and expectations of those they impact, increasing the chances of success
  • Co-Create: Capture ideas that will make the solution better
  • Improve Decision Making: Leverage stakeholders’ diverse perspectives and expertise that can provide valuable insights, identify blind spots, and lead to more effective strategies and solutions

The Stakeholder Engagement Manager for Supply Chain Transformation will be reporting into the PepsiCo Supply Chain and Operations Transformation lead and would be responsible for coordinating a smooth change journey in partnership with key stakeholders across Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Map and prioritize stakeholder groups across functions and geographies; determine all individuals and groups with a vested interest in or impact from the transformation
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams to secure alignment and input; assess each stakeholder's expectations, concerns, influence, and potential risks
  • Partner with supply chain leaders, project managers, and change teams to synchronize messaging within program delivery.
  • Create a strategy for engagement and feedback (Q&A, focus groups, online forums, etc.), tailoring it to different stakeholder groups

Change Messaging & Content

  • Design and deliver messaging plans that explain the vision, objectives, and benefits of transformation.
  • Translate complex details into accessible, engaging updates.
  • Produce content for channels such as presentations, change strategies, and FAQs.
  • Align all messaging with program milestones and change strategies.
  • Coordinate with corporate communications, business leaders and HR leadership to select the most effective communication methods to ensure consistency in tone and alignment with company culture.
  • Equip leaders with talking points and tools to act as visible change champions.

Change Readiness & Adoption

  • Assess stakeholder readiness and address barriers to adoption.
  • Develop targeted updates and materials that encourage participation and adoption.
  • Facilitate sessions to share information, gather input, and build confidence in the change.
  • Track engagement, monitors effectiveness and recommends improvement opportunities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 4–7 years of experience in change management, Large-scale global transformations , supply chain operations, or program management roles (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment)
  • Experience in Project Management (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in change communications
  • Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification
  • Track record of successfully embedding change for large, strategic, global, complex initiatives enabled by new capabilities across the organization, with similar complexity as PepsiCo
  • Experience applying change tools and methods to assess, diagnose, design, support and deliver custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the program
  • Strong executive presence with ability to develop and deliver clear, concise and compelling verbal & written communication
  • Confronts and works through tough issues, taking ownership and accountability for resolution
  • Able to work within ambiguous, fluid cross-functional environment managing various amounts of change
  • Sees the bigger picture, able to look ahead to anticipate and address issues
  • Strong problem solving, facilitation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to be flexible and eagerness to learn, build relationships and demonstrate resilience
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
