POC Buyer Analyst | North America Procurement Operations

Your Impact

As Global Proc Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Ensure adherence to 3-Bid requirements and actively reduce 1-Bid and 2-Bid scenarios in alignment with procurement policies and governance standards
  • Drive competitive bidding processes to maximize savings and productivity
  • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Validate proper PR classification and documentation accuracy in procurement systems
  • Partner with Category Leads and stakeholders to align on sourcing strategy and supplier selection
  • Track and report root causes for non-competitive events and recommend corrective action
  • Monitor cycle times (TAT) and ensure SLA compliance
  • Support implementation of catalogs, rate cards, and preferred supplier strategies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance, governance, and operational efficiency
