Overview

Drive sales growth by exploring and fulfilling region-out business opportunity from regional occasion consumption capture to regional KA customized activation and regional anti-competition planning.

Responsible for the implementation of cross-channel policies, regional product strategies, and the integrated execution of major events. Through precise planning management and efficient cross-departmental collaboration, ensure the effective allocation of channel resources and drive the achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities

1.Channel planning and product strategy formulation

· Based on the brand marketing calendar, the new product launch schedule and sales targets, formulate monthly/quarterly delivery plans for different channels and regions, ensuring precise matching of supply and demand in each channel.

· Develop channelized/region-based product plans: According to different channels (MT, TT, CVS, etc.) and regional market characteristics, in collaboration with the product and sales teams, plan differentiated SKU combinations, packaging specifications and launch schedules to enhance channel compatibility and output efficiency.

2. Quarterly Channel Policy Communication and Execution Management

· Responsible for the communication, supplementation and distribution of quarterly channel policies: Transform the channel policies (rebates, promotions, display, etc.) formulated by the headquarters into implementable detailed rules for the region, organize policy promotion meetings to ensure that the sales team and distributors clearly understand the key points of the policies.

· Follow up on the progress of policy implementation, collect regional feedback, and promptly supplement explanations and adjustments for deviations or special needs in policy implementation to ensure the effectiveness of policy implementation.

3. Planning and Implementation of Regional Major Events

· Lead the planning, resource integration and execution of major regional marketing activities: Based on the characteristics of the regional market and sales milestones, coordinate the design of the activity plan, material allocation, cost budgeting, and cross-departmental collaboration (marketing, sales, supply chain).

· As the overall controller of the activities, follow up throughout the process from the issuance of the plan to the execution at stores/platforms, ensuring that the activity resources are in place on time, the execution standards are unified, and conducting a review and optimization of the activity outcomes.

4. Communication and Implementation of Group Purchase Policies

· Responsible for the communication, supplementation, distribution and implementation of the group purchase channel policies: For group purchase business (such as enterprise centralized procurement, welfare procurement, etc.), collaborate with the sales team to formulate special policies, clearly defining the price system, gift configuration and reporting process.

· Follow up on the shipment and execution status of group purchase orders, coordinate the supply chain to ensure the supply of goods, handle abnormal issues during the execution process, and ensure the compliance and efficient operation of the group purchase business.

5. Data Analysis and Efficiency Enhancement

· Monitor the delivery progress, sales performance, inventory status and policy implementation effect of the channels, and regularly output channel plan execution reports to identify opportunities and risks.

· Through reviewing the delivery data and cost-effectiveness ratio of promotional activities, quarterly policies and group purchase projects, continuously optimize the plan accuracy and resource allocation strategy.

Qualifications
•· Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, statistics, etc. are preferred.
•· Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in marketing departments, channel marketing or sales operations in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Those with experience in channel planning, channel management, and regional event coordination are preferred.
•· Professional Skills:
•· Familiar with the channel operation models of fast-moving consumer goods (MT, TT, CVS, group buying, etc.), with strong policy understanding and conversion capabilities;
•· Proficient in using Excel/PPT, and having knowledge of Power BI or planning system tools will be given extra points.
•· Core Competencies:
•· Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, able to efficiently coordinate and communicate across departments to jointly advance work;
•· Result-oriented, able to maintain planning and execution under multiple concurrent tasks;
•· Quick to respond to market changes, with certain ability to withstand pressure and problem-solving skills.
