The role serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager (GM) and Leadership Team (LT), ensuring a focus on key priorities, such as BRs and MITs, while promoting strong alignment among the LT. This position acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, drives coordination across functions, and supports executive decision-making to ensure the successful implementation of the LT/Business Unit (BU) agenda. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and tracking strategic initiatives, monitoring performance, and preparing executive-level materials. Additional duties involve planning and facilitating leadership meetings, documenting decisions, fostering alignment among senior leaders, coordinating communications between the GM and stakeholders, and managing operational board preparations and leadership team collaboration tools. Success in this role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills, along with the ability to unify teams and drive change effectively within a complex business environment.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Support
- Partner with GM & LT to define, prioritize, and track strategic initiatives.
- Be a bridge between strategy and execution, drive into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor company performance through BR/MIT scorecard and prepare & publish monthly.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic documents.
- Support the preparation of decks/documents for internal/external audiences (e.g., Sector, Corporate), requiring coordination with leadership team members to embed inputs, establish coherent flow and content, and complete them on time.
- Support the GM for ad-hoc needs on the external/internal side (e.g., sales conference speech, external meetings, etc.).
- Build monthly BU letters to the sector in coordination with relevant functions
Leadership & Coordination:
- Plan and facilitate executive leadership/senior manager meetings (LTM, LT Check-Ins, SLM)
- Document decisions and meeting minutes clearly, communicate them effectively, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Drive alignment and collaboration across senior leaders
- Act as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal stakeholders
- Developing action plans to improve LT efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate Op Board deck preparations to the sector: Template finalization, coordination with relevant functions, establishing check-in platforms, gathering feedback & ensuring feedback is executed
- Support/coordinate global & sector visits preparations
- Manage & ensure LT «Microsoft Teams» structure & files are fit for purpose
Recurrent deliveries
- LTM meeting/LT Check-Ins (monthly/weekly): Agenda build, meeting facilitation & coordination, publish meeting notes & tracking
- Quarterly LT Offsite: Agenda build, meeting facilitation & coordination, publish meeting notes & tracking
- SLM meeting (monthly): agenda building & communication, deck development w/relevant functions, coordination with internal comms team for execution, gathering & assessing feedback
- Monthly letter (monthly): Gather inputs from relevant functions (finance, marketing, PPGA, etc.) / sources (TUIK, TCMB, etc.), prepare the monthly letter document
