Support the China Foods Commercial Team across all master data activities, including (but not limited to) customer master data maintenance, trade contract management, pricing updates, field sales master data updates and general master data cleansing
Responsibilities1.Process Customer Master Data and Pricing requests in SAP, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
2.Allocate target from customer master warehouse to stores based on off-take data (collected from KA)
3.Perform monthly masterdata clean-up, partnering with Sales and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and currency
4.Execute monthly run change requests from the Field Sales team
5.Partner with KAMs to ensure correct system settings for allocation rules
6.Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and SAP masterdata and performing updates as required
7.Process new customer requests and customer change requests within 48 hrs, ensuring high level of accuracy
8.Run SAP pricing and other customer masterdata reports, leveraging the information to identify quality issues and support quarterly data clean-up activities
9.Provide annual training to MU Sales Leaders on Customer Masterdata requirements including hierarchies, pricing and rebates/discounts
10.Maintain SOP documentation for all Customer Masterdata processes
11.Support ChCC controls framework, ensuring test scripts are up-to-date and executed as required
12.Develop winning relationships with MU/BU Commercial teams and PepsiCo customers, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above; able to communicate in English
2.Experience maintaining databases and systems
3.Excellent learning ability and potential
4.Detail oriented and Have good self-motivation and clear development goals
5.Working knowledge of SAP and BI (desirable, but not essential)
