ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
This position will be reporting directly to Commercialization Assoc. Manager Salty (L09) and will support the correct execution of CARICAM Salty agenda including innovation, revenue managent and “beyond innovation” initiatives. Carry out Innovation projects about 15 initiatives that could vary according to business needs.The primary objective of the function consist of enabling and influencing growth, managing strong multifunctional teams, executing robust plans, ensuring fit to strategy and meeting business objectives in product change agenda.
Your Impact
- 100% Innovation Project planning ( MS Project), follow up, and management. Including Waterfall implementation and execution
- Assure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on time
- Support Idea Charter creation pre AOP next to local teams and categories CARICAM. Carry out Hopper process for future calendar .
- Support the alignment of new innovation projects to be approved by CASA and local Caricam leaders of Salty Business
- Lead directly alignment with ROC commercial team of innovation performance and project status Assure Project Status weekly Reports (Task Compliance)
- Assure information next to marketing, finance, operations and Revenue Management for Revenue Councils and Cheetah meetings in order to properly approve the initiatives by Exco
- Support to carry Out Capex or other investments needed for Innovation or revenue management or innovation projects CARICAM.
- Assure a constant alignment with the business needs such as: Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5. Etc.
- Generate Portfolio Management Reports and MyInnovation tool Dashboard. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in My Innovation including key deliverables in order to comply with Latam monthly audits
- Fulfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches.
- Effectively interact with mid & senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution.
- Help the Salty leader to achieve all salty KPI and alignments across CARICAM and LATAM objectives
- Carry out imports portfolio implementation working together with cross functional team
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Engineering is a plus)
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience ideally in commercialization, innovation, or execution-focused roles (FMCG is a plus)
- Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects within innovation or product development pipelines
- Strong exposure to cross-functional work (Marketing, Finance, Operations, R&D, Engineering) with stakeholders across different levels
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel
- Project management tools (MS Project or similar)
- Familiarity with innovation or product development processes is a plus
- Advanced English (spoken and written, fluent – mandatory)
Key Skills
- Strong organization and follow-up, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and drive execution in fast-paced environments
Additional Considerations
- High workload environment with flexibility during peak periods
- Availability to visit plant sites and collaborate closely with operations
- Willingness to travel across CARICAM (visa is a plus)
