The Opportunity:
The GES Warehouse Technician contributes to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by ensuring the safe, accurate and timely handling of product within the warehouse and to our transportation network.

Compensation: $24.96 per hour
Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday Nights
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Eaches and full case picking
- Load and unload bulk and individual cases to/from trailers
- Unload carboards and GOBE totes from the trailers
- Manual loading of sales trucks
- Manual loading of individual cases on carts and carts onto trailers.
- Operating Warehouse computer systems (ICS, WCS, Wynsoft, etc)
- Autonomous maintenance activity as required by task
- Maintaining proper housekeeping standards in work areas
- Inventory count, damage sorting and return to stock work
- Regular and reliable attendanceAttendance in warehouse team meetings as required
- Completing Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Food Safety Pre-Requisite Programs (PRP/oPRP) that is required for your area
- Performing work in a safe manner and required to follow all safety practices and policies
Qualifications
Skills/Experience
- Track record as a Team player exhibiting a desire to assist other and a belief in the team concept
- Able to stand for long period of time
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in a warehouse environment is considered an asset
- Good employment history, as measured by attendance, involvement with Teams and/or employee committees and excellent work performance record
