The purpose of the role is to:• Support required planning, analysis, and reporting activities in collaboration with BU SC Planning team• Prepare/collect/clean, analyze and visualize planning performance and other relevant data• Execution of stock movement, DC stock reblalance and other operations in SAP • PO management and tracking for export products• Create/complete reports following standardized templates as provided by PEP and make continuous improvement. He/She will play an important role in delivering GBS SC planning analysis support to China Foods business. And work in collaboration with the global team, sub-tower leader, BU RemainCo team to put together the ongoing optimization services.

Planning activities:• Collect by brand dispatching plan from LD&T planning team and do the report combination.• Assist BU LD&T Planning Manager to amend dispatching plan based on updated production plan (including DC to DC, plant to plant STO on SAP), and Support BU team to handle response to abnormal demands• Work with BU SC team to coordinate DC stock allocation to reduce aging risk• PO management and tracking for export products

SC Planning reporting activities:• Create reports related to planning, finished goods control, freshness control, inventory management• Provides root cause analysis on planning issues and participates problem solving• Generate reports that feed into ISCP by following a pre-defined templated aligned with BU Planning team• Create Other KPI reports per request by BU Planning team

People Responsibilities and Continuous Improvement:• Support line manager to setup new process, drive operational excellence and continuous improvements through training and R&R• Develop strong working relationships with China BU to grow the GBS partnership and enhance ways of working

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields, and with over 3 years supply chain planning experience in FMCGs. • Experience in FMCG Supply Chain management, Foods industry manufacturing is desired. • Familiar with ERP system, preferable experience with SAP• Excellent skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms in Microsoft Office, and PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, etc. desired. • Excellent communication and influencing skills• Highly analytical with particular attention to detail, and with data sensitivity. • Good communication and problem-solving skill • Customer-centric and collaborative. • Good written & spoken in Mandarin and English • Be able to work under high pressure
