Overview- To ensure the sodium reduction targets for GCR & Asia:
- From 2025 to 2030, renovate selected seasonings to reach the WHO targets (Sodium 500 mg/100g for PC & Sodium 520 mg/100g for EP)
- To support Pep + on removal of artificial colors and sweeteners for GCR & Asia:
- Build technical capability of artificial colors removal for selected seasonings
- Build technical capability of sweeteners removal for selected seasonings
- To support Portfolio of Future:
- Explore on new seasoning application ways and compatibility of seasonings with different bases from the perspective of food pairing
- Work with global R&D and suppliers to identify suitable one from global collection
Responsibilities - Deliver seasoning design per aligned ‘Product Design Brief’ for pep +: lead sample evaluation with PD, sensory & marketing counterparts & finalize design in time per aligned agenda; prepare CLT samples; engage supplier to deliver required documents; lead seasoning trial to sign off to Ops
- Lead whole flavor solution design for transformation projects
- Rectify seasoning functionality issue during production
- Identify opportunity to improve seasoning application ways to be more effective & innovated
- Assist PQP owner to maintain well-being of seasoning documentation
- Build a strong network with gloabal seasoning team
- Manage a robust yet sustainable win-win relationship with all core seasoning suppliers
Qualifications - Degree in Food Science / Chemistry / Culinary, minimum bachelor, master preferred
- 6 years + experience of R&D or Marketing functions in FMCG, or flavor houses, or QSR
- Self-motivated; Quick learner; Logical thinker
- Good interpersonal skills, must be a team player
- English is a must (upper-intermediate)
