Overview

Support Customization Sr. Planner, Manager and MRP planner with daily tasks as outlined below for all display builds, customer orders and Third-Party needs. This role is the primary support for all communication with customer service teams on display orders.

Responsibilities
  • Create all Warehouse Management System (WMS) work orders and Bill Of Materials (BOM) maintenance
  • Inbound scheduling of materials from Vendors
  • Inbound material Purchase Orders (PO) scheduling and tracking
  • Receipt Creation for all inbounds from suppliers
  • Inbound product appt. checking
  • Daily display production backflushing and balancing
  • Material Inventory Balancing
  • New SAP material WF setup
  • Placard ownership for all displays
  • Tear pad ownership
  • Display cut report for 6 sites
  • Display accommodations report for 6 sites
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong MS Office Skills - prior SAP experience a plus
  • Strong Communication skills , including verbal, written and listening skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously/self-starter
  • Team Player
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities
  • Ability to work within short lead times
