About the Texoma Region:

PepsiCo North America is in the midst of a go-to-market transformation. Historically, Foods and Beverages operated as separate entities – make, move, and sell were not coordinated across the BUs, which limited the potential growth and revenue synergies of one coordinated, cohesive GTM.

Recent organizational changes resulted in aligned regions across Food and Beverages and the creation of the Texoma (Texas + Oklahoma) region, which represents ~10% of overall 1NA business (~$5B Net Rev). Texoma will now serve as the first market to combine GTM in a Power of 1 model – we will develop the scalable strategy that combines supply chains, point of sale delivery, and customer-level strategy across Foods and Beverages.

The team’s mandate is clear: Create and execute the plays that unlock growth, increase GTM optionality, and center focus on the roles and people that provide differentiation.

About the PepsiCo North America Strategy & Transformation Function:

The PepsiCo North America Strategy & Transformation function plays the lead role in charting the long-term growth, transformation and portfolio development of the PFUS and PBUS Operating Units (OU). We are tasked with shaping the future of the business and ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company.

To bring fresh and disruptive thinking to the ever-changing macro-environment, PepsiCo has Strategy & Transformation professionals aligned to each of our Operating Units, Global Businesses, and to PepsiCo Corporate. Joining PEPNA’s Strategy & Transformation function will enable you to experience the breadth of our extensive portfolio and deepen your understanding of the business and industry.
