Delivers exceptional customer service to the Independent Pepsi Bottling Network across all Co-pack brands. Responsible for executing all aspects of order entry, order fulfillment, order status reporting, and customer master data maintenance. Proactively monitors and manages order flow to ensure alignment with distribution center inventory, product availability, production schedules, and stock transfers. Collaborates closely with Supply Planning to secure proper replenishment quantities, timing and location. Works collaboratively with Demand Planning to provide updated customer forecasts as needed. Partners with Warehouse and Logistics teams to support the timely and accurate execution of shipments and freight movements.
Responsibilities- Monitor product supply, research and determine if product availability requires order holds, substitution or divert the order to ship from another location.
- Communicate with customers on research determination i.e., new product subs, delivery date changes or delays. Provide support to customer when building incomplete orders into full truck loads.
- Divert orders to other sourcing locations, when necessary, via coordinating with Supply Planning Analysts, DCs and Freight Management
- Track all late open orders, work with DCs on recovery, update order comments and communicate to customers so they are informed and aligned.
- Promptly addresses all inbound emails and calls for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain order updates with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate customer convenience product returns from post shipment discrepancies or quality issues.
- Manage post shipment discrepancies to research and issue credits/debits/returns.
- Correct and clear incomplete orders in SAP to flow into downstream systems for processing.
- Partner with the Supply Planners in the order fulfillment process to ensure fill rate targets are met.
- Collaborate on new innovations and discontinuations with cross functional teams (in conjunction with Demand Planners/Supply Planners/Brands managers).
- Provide support for service disruptions and delayed replenishment efforts.
- Manage order execution for aging inventory by obtaining customer acceptance and working with DCs to ensure product is shipped within warehouse expiration guidelines.
- Support Field Sales/Development Managers on ad-hoc customer inquiries and issues.
- Perform ad-hoc projects to support the business and share out best practices with team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,200 - $90,200.

- BA Strongly preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal/external relations.
- Strong organization skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- SAP experience preferred.
