The Leadership Recruiter is responsible for hands-on recruitment of Director and Sr. Director roles, focusing on their assigned markets/functions and serving as the Global Executive Recruitment Team’s market Subject Matter Expert. The role combines deep expertise in executive search with regional knowledge to deliver exceptional talent acquisition outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Acquisition Planning & Partnership
Needs Analysis & Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct in-depth recruitment strategy meetings, thoroughly analyzing hiring needs, defining critical job requirements, and crafting tailored recruitment strategies for each assigned role.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent market trends and effective recruitment approaches.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, HR, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and proactive communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on the company's interviewing best practices, inclusive hiring principles, candidate experience standards, and the effective use of assessment tools.
Candidate Sourcing, Attraction, and Engagement
Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage both active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on key skill sets and strategic roles.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
- Promote the company's employer brand through compelling job postings, engaging content on social media, and participation in relevant industry events.
- Leverage global TA programs and initiatives to attract and recruit top talent.
End-to-End Recruitment Process Management & Execution
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned leadership director and senior director roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while adhering to all established process standards.
- Create and publish compelling job postings that accurately reflect the role’s responsibilities, and jobholder requirements and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, identifying candidates who meet the defined criteria.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural add.
- Administer and interpret appropriate talent assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.
- Apply the company's established interviewing framework and standards to effectively assess candidates' qualifications and cultural add.
- Facilitate debrief sessions with interviewers and hiring managers, providing guidance on candidate evaluation and selection.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating compensation packages in partnership with HR, Total Rewards, and Hiring Manager.
- Request sourcing support from and partner with the Sourcing Team for critical or hard-to-fill, niche external searches.
Data-Driven Recruitment, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-find, time-to-accept, candidate satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze external labor market data and apply insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
Technology & Tools:
- Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage the recruitment process.
Process Adherence and Data Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and tracking of candidate information within the ATS and CRM systems, following established data entry and management protocols, and adhering to all established company process standards throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain the integrity of candidate data within all recruitment systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Global Talent Acquisition Initiatives contribution and Team Support
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in process, technology, or data, actively participating in SME networks and providing support to the assigned team.
- Team Support and Development: Provide backup support for team leaders and act as a coach/buddy for new hires to facilitate onboarding and development.
- Global Project Participation: Contribute as a Talent Acquisition Delivery SME on assigned global projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development) or equivalent experience.
- Leadership Recruitment Expertise: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles, including Director and Sr. Director (or equivalent) positions within complex, global organizations.
- Stakeholder Management & Influence: Strong consultative skills with the ability to engage, advise, and influence senior stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.
- Sourcing & Market Research: Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence, leveraging tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, automation tools, and market research platforms.
- Process & Compliance Adherence: Proven ability to manage multiple searches while ensuring compliance with global standards, hiring policies, and data privacy regulations.
- Technology & Tools Proficiency: Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, and other recruitment technologies to drive efficiency and optimize the hiring process.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to track, analyze, and present key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaboration & Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a global team, fostering inclusivity, shared accountability, and cross-cultural collaboration.
