Responsibilities

What will your first experience look like?

· You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or one of our many distribution centres.

· You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.

· You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.

· Motivate your team to achieve established performance targets and coaching them on performance processes

· Strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (ex. reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction)

Must be available for shift work; both 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Who’s a good fit for the team:

· Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
