Rollout and manage information systems to support PSP’s GTM strategies. Recognize opportunities of new or improved automation processes for the business. Assist Sales Information function in planning & execution of system solutions projects. Develop dashboards and perform Analytics there upon.
Responsibilities- Understand information requirements of S&D organization and design systems to support them.
- Develop standard reports to facilitate routine data requirements.
- Coordinate with GBS team on Data Management for S&D reporting.
Lead and maintain KPIs reporting in S&D function.
Implement new technologies and system improvement as per business requirement.
Collaborate with Sales GTM, and IT team in sustaining the solutions at distribution level.
Report all bugs and error to IT team for permanent resolution related to S&D application.
Continuously work in collaboration with Sales function to improve the efficiency and usage of SD applications.
Maintain relevant automated dashboards documentation.
Maintain documentation of KPIs inventory being used in reporting tools for S&D function
- BCS/MCS or equivalent bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years' experience in Software/Applications management.
- 2-3 years' experience in management reporting and Business Analytics.
- Understanding of sales operations.
- Capability to identify, communicate, mitigate, manage and monitor risks.
