Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end performance of the “Others” sub-channel, including Salderos, Special Volume and Zorro, ensuring delivery of revenue and growth targets

• Define and prioritize commercial initiatives across a portfolio of 50+ clients, balancing short-term growth and long-term value

• Lead Zorro account strategy and execution, managing a key client with high growth potential and operational complexity

• Allocate resources and trade investment across clients and formats based on opportunity size and strategic relevance

• Drive acceleration of high-growth segments, including Salderos (+21% vs YA) and Special Volume, ensuring scalability and sustainability

• Lead cross-functional coordination (Supply, Finance, Field Sales) to ensure execution of commercial plans and service levels (Lead)

• Manage and develop team (L08, L07), strengthening capabilities in negotiation, planning and portfolio management (Lead)

• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across fragmented clients and formats within the sub-channel

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• +4 years of experience in customer service (logistics, supply chain)

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any engineering field

• Advanced analytical skills, Excel (expert)

• Availability to work Saturdays

• Proven experience with self-service and/or wholesale channel clients

• Experience in report digitization

• Advanced English proficiency

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Experience in team management

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (warehouse, transportation, supply planning)
