We are looking for an exciting new role to lead our Commercial Strategy and Sales function for our Business in Cyprus. The role will be based in Limassol.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Transformation and Commercial Strategy Lead the GTM transformation agenda for CY to simplify the business and scale operations
- Develop outstanding customer and partner relationships that will bolster growth and reignite share gains across all channels
- Deliver AOP across NSV, Volume, Distribution and execution KPIs
- Drive excellence in field execution, ensuring space gains according to MS as well as outstanding merchandising and overall store development
- Develop the sales organization to a best in class level, aligned with the SEEB agenda
- Support the KA and RM teams in customer negotiations and aligned with the SEEB agenda
- Restructure D&A / Promo policies to ensure transparency, traceablity and max ROI, working closely with GRCY Sales Lead and RGM Lead
- Support the GRCY Lead with Demand Planning, leveraging transparency and visibility of the process and ensuring maximum accuracy
People Management
- Safeguard and monitor the execution of AOP by directing commercial functions (Sales, DX, GTM as matrix manager) aligning the rest Heads of Finance, Operations, HR and BIS
- Set organizational structure and roles within commercial function, set performance standards and goals, and coach/develop direct reports for sustainable growth.
- Support/act as a partner for all Management team to implement and sustain business growth
- Support in alignment with Management Team the creation and maintenance of a high motivational, productive and safe work environment.
- Promote, support and act as a role model in PepsiCo Values, Code of Conduct, Diversity & Inclusion, Work-Life Balance and CSR initiatives.
- University Degree.
- English Proficiency.
- PC literate.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in FMCG or similar organizations.
- Critical to have sound knowledge of the Sales and GTM transformation.
- Solid experience in dealing with culturally diverse environments.
- Led sales teams; Set, aligned and motivated teams around common visions to goal.
