Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The role includes Spend Analytics and Reporting, covering data cleansing, analysis, insights generation, dashboard development, and site performance scorecards as well as Supplier Information Management, including supplier onboarding, classification, and performance management. The role manages 4 FTEs with the potential to increase the team during 2026. Supporting categories include: Facilities Services, Goods, MRO, Capital, Spare Parts, Warehouse Automation, Fleet, and Go-to-Market for North America.

Your Impact

As Proc Reg Category Mgmt Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:

• Spend data cleansing and validation: Ensured accuracy and integrity of procurement data by performing rigorous data cleansing, validation, and standardization processes across multiple systems and sources.

• Analysis and reporting for procurement NA regional team: Developed spend reports and conducted in-depth trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance issues, and compliance gaps for Foods and Facilities Services categories

• Data analytics & insights generation: Leveraged advanced analytics techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling leadership to make informed sourcing and investment decisions.

• Dashboard creation and site performance tracking: Designed and maintained dashboards to monitor KPIs, site-level performance, and category spend, ensuring visibility and transparency across the organization for Pcard spend, in-threshold spend and bid compliance.

• Managed a team of 4 analysts, providing guidance, and performance oversight to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics and reporting outputs for goods and facilities categories.

• Continuous improvement agenda to deliver in-hub and in-sector productivity by identifying opportunities to improve processes within the team.

• The role includes end-to-end responsibility for Spend Analytics and Reporting as well as Supplier Information Management, introducing critical governance and operational processes that were previously fragmented and managed by multiple team members.

Key additions include:

• Supplier onboarding and classification: Establishing standardized onboarding protocols and classification frameworks to ensure compliance, accurate segmentation, and alignment with sourcing strategies and category managers.

• Supplier performance management: Designing and implementing performance evaluation systems to monitor supplier KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and mitigate risk across the supply base, as well as the compliance tracking for the NA Foods and Beverages sites across all indirects CAPEX categories.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4-6 years of experience in Procurement and Data analytics

• Advance/Fluent English

• Excellent Functional knowledge Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools, knowledge in Food & Beverage industry a plus

• Breath / Depth experience in sourcing processes and technologies, with experience of implementing them in a global and regional environment

• Interpersonal skills – Strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels

• Ability to translate complex situations into executive level communication

• Ability to lead and influence teams based in different locations, who do not report directly to the position

• Results oriented – comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets

• Comfortable working within complex matrix organization

• Affinity with technology applications and business processes and the impact on people

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
