Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Connect commercial processes and technical knowledge, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions. This role is essential for efficient project execution, optimized decision-making, effective knowledge transfer across multidisciplinary teams, and user acceptance test execution for technical development

Your Impact

As Sales & Business Technology Analyst your functions would consist of

1. Translating business needs: Interpret and communicate functional and business requirements to the technical team, ensuring clear understanding.

2. Solution validation: Review and validate that proposed solutions meet business objectives and industry standards through UAT

3. Ongoing support: Provide expert guidance throughout the development lifecycle, resolving questions and supporting key decisions.

4. Cross-functional liaison: Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams, facilitating the integration of sales processes with technical capabilities.

5. Knowledge management: Document and transfer critical knowledge about processes, products, or relevant regulations for the project.

Qualifications

•Project management basic knowledge: Understanding of timelines, risks, and dependencies.

•Agile methodology knowledge: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile practices.

•Facilitation skills: Ability to lead workshops, working sessions, or functional reviews.

•Adaptability to change: Flexibility to adjust priorities and approaches as the project evolves.

•Digital tools proficiency: Experience with PMF digital capabilities.
