PepsiCo is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead our eGrocery with our Retails Partners to ensure the trusted advisor to key retail partners. this role owns the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans, translating shared growth ambitions into executable, measurable commercial outcomes while building long‑term, strategic relationships. The role will be reporting to Head of E-Commerce business ANZ.

Job Overview:

The National eGrocery Account Manager is responsible for leading and growing strategic eGrocery partnerships, delivering profitable online growth through disciplined commercial execution, insight‑led planning, and best‑in‑class digital shelf performance.

Lead and grow strategic eGrocery partnerships as a trusted advisor, developing insight‑led JBPs, negotiating customer agreements, and translating growth strategy into disciplined commercial plans that deliver profitable, high‑ROI online growth.

Responsibilities

Customer Leadership & Partnerships

  • Own and lead eGrocery customer relationships as a trusted advisor, building long‑term strategic partnerships with clear ambition toward strategic alliances.
  • Lead the development of insight-led Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retail partners, aligned to shared growth, profitability, and capability objectives.
  • Evaluate and unlock new eCommerce growth opportunities across retail partners, translating strategy into executable commercial plans.
  • Lead and negotiate annual customer agreements, ensuring disciplined investment, strong ROI, and sustained online growth performance.

    Commercial Growth & P&L Delivery

    • Proactively identify and deliver incremental, profitable eGrocery growth, balancing topline acceleration with margin and ROI discipline.
    • Partner with Revenue Management and Sales teams to design, execute, and optimise promotional programs that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
    • Provide clear commercial recommendations to maximise sales effectiveness and return on investment from customer activities, grounded in robust insight and analysis.

    Digital Shelf & Online Execution Excellence

    • Lead optimisation of the Digital Shelf in partnership with internal teams, ensuring best‑in‑class content, availability, search, and execution against defined Digital Shelf KPIs.
    • Partner with Digital Category and Performance Marketing teams to enhance online shopper experiences and unlock incremental eCommerce value.

    Performance Management, Insights & Test & Learn

    • Deliver weekly and monthly sales, budget, and performance reporting with clear insights and implications to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
    • Own scorecards and KPI frameworks, providing concise, comparable views of sales, media, and activation performance to drive action-oriented discussions.
    • Lead Test & Learn initiatives aligned to joint priorities, embedding learnings into JBPs to fuel future growth and capability development.

    Cross‑Functional & Enterprise Leadership

    • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and broader Sales teams to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end execution excellence.
    • Partner with the global eCommerce team to shape and execute the Australian expansion agenda, informed by deep understanding of local customer needs and constraints.
    • Act as an internal advocate for eGrocery and lead digital transformation, proactively sharing learnings, best practices, and opportunities across the organisation
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified or equivalent qualification preferable and proven experience and a track record of exceptional sales performance within the eCommerce Channel, in particular Grocery.com
  • Must have Ecommerce experience with an understanding of Digital Marketing & Performance marketing
  • Proven track record of executing digital commercial strategy across various retailer platforms, & creating online specific activation to meet online objectives
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
  • Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.
