ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
The role is responsible for designing and implementing a strategic approach to accelerate Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities in key growth channels, ensuring alignment with International RGM strategies and frameworks while adapting to local dynamics. The position leads RGM excellence for PepsiCo growth channels, value realization, and continuous improvement across OBPA, mix and trade spend management. The role would be critical to drive RGM downstream integration, with Dx (Perfect Store, Must have assortment), WCCE (focusing on top 20 customers), and GTM. Enabling OBPA, Mix initiatives, Promo strategy and CDA P4P realization on the market place.The expectation from the role includes both: strategic approach setting the RGM frameworks, as well as strong stakeholders management across growth channels and commercial function across the markets and International teams to ensure frameworks hit the market place, and deliver value realization and Organization capability step up.
Your Impact
As International RGM Channel Development & Commercial integration Director your scope would consist of
1. Build strategic approach to accelerate RGM lead growth in key growth channels:- Best Practice identification, codification and capability design for dComm and AFH. - Work shoulder with anchor markets to test and learn, prove value and playbook design.- Build, align and execute individual market roadmaps to accelerate RGM cross channel maturity.- Define upskilling requirements with existing RGM and Channel teams to enable effective scaling and embed.- Work closely with S&T to adapt core RGM tools for leverage in growth channels (or identify new capabilities needed).- Project Leadership of Value Leaders High Impact Project to accelerate Discounter growth; International CCO sponsored.
2. Establish a framework to deliver RGM capability step change in growth channels, including implementation and value realization:- Collaborate with RGM Capability team to drive RGM capability assessment across International anchor markets across growth channels.- Lead the contracting with Commercial dComm and AFH teams and OUs to define the H2-3 RGM capability ambition, priorities and change management plan.- Establish a governance process to track RGM capability upgrade in dComm and AFH, establish a visibility of a value delivered, socialize best practices across Org.
3. Define and build E2E approach to accelerate RGM x Commercial Integration: with Dx and Perfect Store, with WCCE and key top customer processes, with GTM:- Work alongside DX, Cat Man & Perfect Store teams to define how RGM initiatives show up in Perfect Store planning (e.g. Range Optimization / Must Stock Lists, Planogram design etc).- Work alongside Consumer RGM to ensure the E2E RGM and Occasion Based Pack Price Architecture processes reflect downstream commercial execution enablers (e.g. store segmentation consideration).- Work with WCCE to embed key RGM bets into the top 20 customers plans. Collaborate with across RGM, Commercial and Marketing teams to pull together customer selling stories.- Work with GTM teams to ember RGM principles into the Commercial strategic playbooks.- Build front line KPIs and incentive structures to ensure that RGM levers are effectively deployed.- Work with lighthouse anchor markets to codify processes and playbook the approach by Channel (OT and TT focus).- Test and learn, prove value and define / deliver upskilling across RGM and Commercial teams to scale effectively.
4. Establish a framework to deliver RGM Commercial integration, enabling impact visibility to senior stakeholders:- Support test & learn across anchor markets.- Collaborate with Dx, WCCE and GTM teams to track KPIs and RGM key bets integration.- Lead value realization tracking and own business case to scale best practices across Org.
5. Drive upskilling of existing RGM, Growth channel teams to enable effective RGM Commercial integration and capability step up in dComm and AFH - Collaborate with RGM Capability team and anchor markets to build and deliver customized trainings as part of the overall RGM curriculum.- Ensure right training in place to upskill channel teams (Global and BU) and Commercial teams.
6. Work with Commercial and S&T teams to define the long-term digital vision to effectively optimize in market investments:- CDA focus on leveraging digital tools to pivot working spend to detailed commercial levers.- Integrate execution data (e.g. Image Rec) in CDA processes and drive increased pay for performance / ROI.- Define ecosystem requirements to drive long term integration of RGM & Commercial digital tools (e.g. Gen/Agentic AI).
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
• 12+ years experience preferably in FMCG Sales, Commercial and Finance, Snacks anchor markets experience is an advantage,• 5+ years experience in RGM,• Preferably RGM, Sales, Dx and Trade marketing experience in multichannel, including OT, dComm, AFH.• Proven track record of deploying complex transformational projects, including change management and value realization delivery• Fluency in English,• Excellent story telling and presentation skills. • Ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple & logical terms & build compelling presentations & professional communications (in English language),• Strong persuasion and influencing skills – cross-functional and at Senior leadership team level.• Strong leadership and change management skills.• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects: Commercial, Business Development, Finance, Insights, Marketing and Innovation etc.• Self-starter – able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment,• Needs to be an excellent networker with quick ability to know BU and Functional stakeholders to deploy effective capability building
