What PepsiCo Supply Chain Fleet Technology does:

  • Maintain a predictable, transparent, global operating rhythm that ensures always-on access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company.
  • Responsible for day-to-day data collection, transportation, maintenance/curation, and access to the PepsiCo supply chain fleet corporate data asset
  • Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize data and standardize it for use by business, data science, or other stakeholders.
  • Increase awareness about available data and democratize access to it across the company.
  • Ensure our vendors are paid in a timely manner and that contracts are renewed properly.
Responsibilities

As a member of the Fleet Technology Team, you will be the key administrative expert developing and overseeing PepsiCo's EAM and Telematics data product build & operations and drive a strong vision for how data can proactively create a positive impact on the business. You will be an empowered member of a team of data experts who build data pipelines into various source systems, rest data on the PepsiCo Data Lake, and enable exploration and access for analytics, visualization, machine learning, and product development efforts across the company. You will help support the management and administration of exceptionally large and complex data applications into internal cloud environments directly impacting the design, architecture, and implementation of PepsiCo's flagship data products around topics like cost and asset management. You will collaborate closely with vendors, process owners, product owners, and business users.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accounts payable and administrative duties pertaining to the Supply Chain Fleet Technology team.
  • Invoice payment and processing in accordance with company and department financial practices.
  • Daily matching of pending payment invoices to EAM purchasing system /SAP details /MBS Processing.
  • Conduct weekly reconciliations, reviews, and resolve any discrepancies with price and quantity for Geotab, devices, orders, and invoices.
  • Initiative-taking tracking and prompt resolution for known or anticipated payment concerns.
  • Monitor Supply Chain Fleet Technology Team Financial and payables reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Support developing team and department standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
  • HQ Based MyGeotab / Geotab Admin / Geotab ordering daily support.
  • EAM Admin daily support
  • Support project status updates.
  • Support technical project manager and other team members as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Manager.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in admin support with fleet operations preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with suppliers.
  • Ability to learn and update multiple accounts payable systems.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of private fleet operations with the desire to grow and learn in line of work.
  • Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support the business.
  • Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team.
  • Produce/review various performance reports to drive results.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Education

  • BA/BS in Business Administration preferred.

  • Understands both the engineering and business side of the Data Products released.
