To better support our 10 in 10 vision for Greater China, aiming to double Lay’s every 5 years, it is important for us to continue driving our business and driving brand penetration in the most important season of the year which is the CNY. The annual Lay’s business reached RMB 16 billion, which CNY contribute for 30% around RMB 5 billion. In addition, we need to further elevate consumer engagement in key in-home occasions and building up brand love especially among Chinese young cohorts.
This role is designed to better support:
1/ Lay’s CNY Campaign: support to develop and deliver annual CNY campaign idea, including creative content, innovation development, consumer
engagement program, media plans, media to shelf mechanisms, in-store/consumer pack designs, and channel out innovations. This role should take lead of campaign executions and help drive creative excellence.
2) Consumer engagement in in-home occasions: support to design consumer engagement mechanism during CNY, especially targeting young cohorts.

Qualifications•Human-centricity: Unlock consumer insights/JTBDs and translate into creative ideas.
•Creative Excellence: Develop and deliver breakthrough and holistic campaigns.
•Creativity: Think outside of the box, challenge the envelop, step away from the status quo.
• Independent project leadership to bring cross-functional teams together to deliver OTIF
• Strong creativity to unlock new ways of doing LTO & brand communication
• Literacy in both spoken & written English is a must;
• Basic knowledge of Marketing innovation/ Campaign development / Consumer Insights / Market research
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably with FMCG
• Working experience on marketing innovation is an important plus
• Passionate on brand marketing and innovation
• Detail-oriented, resilience under pressure
