We’re looking for an Account Director (LG1) to lead major parts of the PepsiCo Creative Studio business with a strong emphasis on social-first content. This role is for a senior agency leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and understands how to deliver high-impact social work at scale without compromising quality, culture, or craft.

You’ll be a central force in shaping culture, strengthening relationships, and ensuring the PepsiCo Creative Studio delivers high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work for PepsiCo’s iconic beverage brands, including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade and many others.

Responsibilities- Social Business Leadership: Lead large social scopes within the PepsiCo Creative Studio, driving speed, clarity, and creative excellence.
- Client Partnership: Act as a senior client lead, translating business objectives into effective, culturally relevant social strategies. And building immense trust as you go.
- Creative Stewardship: Ensure social work is on-strategy, on-brand, and crafted to perform in real-time environments.
- Production Oversight: Manage high-volume, fast-turn content production across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- P&L Management: Own budgets, forecasts, and staffing models while maintaining financial rigor in a high-velocity environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align internal teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver work efficiently and at scale.
- Culture & Pace: Foster a culture built for speed, collaboration, and accountability without sacrificing creative quality.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- 10+ years of agency (or like) experience, with deep expertise in social and digital content.
- Proven leadership of fast-paced, high-volume social programs for major brands.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and production workflows.
- Experience managing complex budgets and P&Ls in an always-on environment.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and comfort operating at senior levels.
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity while maintaining momentum and morale.
