Responsibilities

The Opportunity

• Accountable for accelerating Salty business performance by defining and governing the Pricing and Commercial Policy strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth while strengthening relative market share.• Own and shape the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) commercial policy framework (Price Architecture, Front Customer Margin and Channel Strategy), driving value creation and safeguarding profitability across regions, channels and customers.• Act as strategic partner to Sales, CX, Sales Finance and IBP, bringing an outside-in and competitive perspective to translate RGM levers into actionable commercial strategies, ensuring win-win outcomes for PepsiCo and customers.

Your Impact

• Own and drive the RGM Pricing Architecture & Front Margin strategy for the Salty business, defining guidelines and ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, CX, Sales Finance and IBP.• Lead the end-to-end Pricing Formation agenda, integrating Front Margin strategy, channel relativity and customer economics to ensure a sustainable and competitive PepsiCo value equation.• Define optimal Front Margin Channel Relativity by SKU, UF and Channel, ensuring profitable growth while minimizing channel conflicts.• Define channel and portfolio margin strategy, establishing SKU prioritization and trade-off decisions to optimize mix, profitability and sustainable growth.• Lead RGM strategic decisions related to Tax Changes and Brazil's Tax Reform, redesigning pricing models to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and structural value capture.• Govern and continuously improve pricing processes and tools, ensuring accuracy, control and zero-error pricing execution.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• +3 years of experience in RGM, Pricing Strategy or Commercial Finance, with proven ownership of pricing and margin frameworks.• • Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing RGM strategies that structurally enhance profit pools (cusomers and PepsiCo profitability).• Strong experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or top-tier strategy consulting, with exposure to complex commercial environments.• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Tax and Supply functions, driving decision-making in high-impact forums.• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, translating complex analyses into strategic decisions and executable commercial plans.• Advanced analytical capabilities, with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Python or similar), enabling structured decision-making in high-complexity environments.• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear storylines and actionable frameworks.• Deep understanding of Brazil's tax landscape, with proven experience modeling tax reform scenarios and assessing structural impacts on pricing, margin and business models.
