The position: As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind accurate and timely performance reports. You'll also coordinate productivity reports, bear significant responsibility for site GCS controls (I2C & P2P), and play a key role in both Site Capex Plans and information flows to and from various managers. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll also play a key role in supporting decision-making by providing financial insights that contribute to operational efficiency and growth.
ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the period-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop, implement, and maintain the QCDM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale) process and associated KPIs while upholding a professional demeanor.
Hold full responsibility for I2C (Invoice-to-Cash) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) GCS controls in Zaandam.
Manage and oversee the CapEx process, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and reporting.
Serve as a trusted business partner to on-site operations, production, and lean teams.
Strengthen operational capabilities by promoting a zero-loss mentality through targeted training and coaching initiatives.
Supervise cost incentives related to New Product Development (NPD) and product changes.
Lead and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Finance and accounting background (ACCA/CIMA preferred).
Advanced Excel skills with strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Proven problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and performance improvement in a fast-paced environment.
