Overview

The PepsiCo Commerce Marketing team is seeking a strong, collaborative Sr. Marketing Analyst to support Convenience & Gas (C&G) and Drug Channel customers, including Wawa, BP, CVS, Walgreens, and other CCO customers. This role will partner closely with customer teams, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute best-in-class shopper marketing programs that drive growth across the PepsiCo portfolio, with a strong emphasis on beverages.

This individual will help shape shopper strategy across multiple retail formats, bringing a deep understanding of the shopper path to purchase and translating insights into fully integrated, customer-relevant programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and brings a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytics, creativity, and executional excellence.

This role is critical to driving sales volume and brand equity across iconic PepsiCo brands (e.g., Pepsi, Gatorade, Mountain Dew) while strengthening customer partnerships and improving the shopper experience

Responsibilities
  • Help architect holistic shopper marketing strategies for assigned C&G and Drug Channel customers, identifying key business challenges and future growth opportunities.
  • Translate consumer, shopper, and customer insights into digital, media, and in-store marketing programs, leveraging retailer- specific opportunities to drive relevance, conversion, and measurable impact.
  • Partner with Beverage sales teams to sell in shopper programs that align with customer strategies and Joint Business Plans.
  • Drive internal and external alignment by collaborating with brand teams, customer teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners throughout program development, execution, and post-analysis.
  • Strategic collaborator in media planning and creative development, working closely with retail media team and design partners, briefing to deliver campaigns grounded in customer strategy, retail media capabilities and shopper insights.
  • Champion new ways to engage shoppers across the path to purchase, tailored to the nuances of convenience, gas, and drug retail formats.
  • Oversee and manage shopper marketing budgets across assigned customers and portfolio initiatives, ensuring strong ROI and disciplined spend.
  • Analyze program performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations to optimize future shopper marketing plans.
  • Support activation of customer-specific digital and retail tools, driving awareness and adoption across internal stakeholders (brand teams, KAMs, cross-functional leads).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,200 - $147,650.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • BBA in Business or Marketing required

  • Proven ability to develop marketing programs with the full consumer path to purchase in mind to build brands with shoppers in ways that resonate with the brand’s equity
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, cultivate relationships, communicate, and influence in a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, financials, consumer and shopper insights into actionable customer recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to persuasively sell
  • Agency Management experience preferredDemonstrates a strong ability to handle competing priorities and objectivesAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
