The Consumer Experience Senior Specialist is a strategic role responsible for serving as the global content owner for all consumer-facing digital content across approximately 200 websites. This includes oversight of important public information, including FAQs, nutritional information (PepsiCoProductFacts.com), content syndication, Salesforce Knowledge, and Joy Rewards. The role partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to define content strategy, drive the enhancement roadmap, and ensure ongoing governance, accuracy, and optimization. This position also leverages consumer feedback and data insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve the end-to-end consumer experience.This position will also lead CX finance support.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

- 5-10 minimum years work experience
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Very detail oriented, strong MS Excel skills required
- Demonstrated written communication skills – especially in PowerPoint, Word, email, and social media
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Digital skills, including experience with digital apps, photo and video editing and digital content
