Responsibilities

The Junior Key Account Manager supports the management and development of key customers within the Organized Trade (OT) channel. The role focuses on executing commercial plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building strong day-to-day customer relationships. The Junior KAM contributes to sales performance through effective promotion planning, in-store execution, and data-driven analysis, while progressively developing the capabilities required to manage accounts more independently.

  • Support the management and development of key customers within the Organized Trade channel
  • Assist in the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure seamless execution
  • Contribute to promotion planning, ensuring alignment with customer strategy and company objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Support the preparation of customer presentations, business reviews, and negotiation materials
  • Ensure excellence in in-store execution (availability, visibility, secondary placements)
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Track promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data insights
  • Support distribution expansion and implementation of new product launches (NPDs)
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs and commercial activities
  • Contribute to identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Gradually take on increased responsibility in managing customer accounts independently
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in Sales / FMCG / Trade Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights
  • Good understanding of commercial fundamentals (sales, margins, promotions)
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • High ownership, organization, and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
