Protect company reputation by supporting issue/crisis preparation and handling.
Responsibilities- Work with brand teams and R&D to develop communications programs.
- Establish strategic partnership with 3rd party institutions and seek endorsement.
- Develop sci-tech materials into consumer-friendly content assets.
- Conduct communication programs and achieve target results.
- Work as COE of science comms, continuously research cross-industry best practice and share with team.
- Work with cross-market/region and seek opportunities for content synergy.
- Support line manager for crisis communications.
- Ad-hoc and other work assignment when needed.
- 7 years or above solid experience in communications
- Agency experience is a must, food MNCs in-house experience is a plus;
- Knowledge and science & crisis communication experience is a plus.
- Capable to understand science materials and work into consumer friendly conten.
- Deep understanding of Chinese social media and have experience in social media campaigns.
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English
