Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Co-op (4-month Summer term)

Compensation: $21 - $28 per hour

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Co-op contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Canada team by executing staffing initiatives with the goal to increase PepsiCo Canada’s potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection. The co-op is based in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate is a current student that is creative, a self-starter and possesses strong multitasking skills.

What you’ll be working on:
- Support day‑to‑day recruitment and hiring activities across the HR team
- Assist with coordination and administration related to recruitment and candidate processes
- Contribute to sourcing and outreach initiatives, including campus, frontline, and early talent efforts
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation within HR and recruitment systems
- Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed
Who’s a good fit for the team:
- Working towards a University degree preferably in Human Resources or Business
- Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of differing tasks
- Demonstrated team player, critical thinker, and willingness to learn and drive results
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
