Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Develop and implement high-quality, tailored account plans and programs, leveraging relevant shopper and customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer plans.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives in line with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Clear, confident, and effective communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong results-driven approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
  • Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales, with a combination of Key Accounts and Field Sales considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
