We are looking for a Marketing & Activation Manager - Sting Energy Drink to join our team in Istanbul.
Responsibilities- Build and Lead Energy Category entrance strategy
- Manage strong and senior stakeholders across Business Unit and Region through being truly agile & flexible
- Lead energy launch strategy, and execution program by creating and delivering short and long term company, brand and omnichannel plans that provide a sustainable, consistent, and healthy business foundation
- Manage strong and senior stakeholders across BU and Region through being truly agile & flexible
- Develop a disruptive, innovative and highly creative communication plans
- Lead Insights team to find most relevant TR Consumer Energy drinks Insights
- Build brand and consumer value to create strong brand that satisfy the needs of our consumers
- Demonstrates leadership on E2E business ownership (both marketing and sales)
- Deliver brands’annual sales volume, revenue and CM targets (volume, revenue, CM), build strong brands by best execution of AOP (awareness, share, HH pent, availability)
- Lead development of the commercial strategy for the new product / packaging / equipment / service including pricing, promotional strategy, distribution, merchandising. And ensure the perfect execution
- Drill for new consumer insights through consumer data analysis and interpretation, leverage business knowledge, insights and analytics to clearly identify problems to solve (shopper, customer, category and company)
- Lead Annual Operating Plan (comprehensive, timely), build and lead brands’ full year activation calendar
- Lead TR Energy PSP and long-term plans
- Manage brands’ A&M budget (deviation from target budget)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing
- Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken
- Strong strategic thinking capability with a forward-looking mindset
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- High level of initiative, assertiveness, and ability to take ownership
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity
- Solid understanding of financial and commercial dynamics
