You will develop strategic plans that grow our business, whilst balancing profit & share performance by making appropriate recommendations and managing execution through our commercial teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the RGM plans for the Grains business (Quaker, Scott's) in partnership with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Innovation teams. Identify sustainable profitable growth opportunities (short and long-term) across Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix management (portfolio and channel / customer), and Trade Promotions.
  • Model volume and financial implications of different strategic options.
  • Work with all stakeholders across the business, at all levels to deliver the RGM KPI's, deliver commercial insight and influence customer decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to track performance against plan, understand cause of deviation from results; and identify and execute any actions for course correction.
  • Co-lead the development of strategic insights in partnership with RGM Insights – leveraging methodologies such as conjoint analysis and perceived value studies – to inform the multi-year RGM pricing and PPA roadmap.
  • Liaise with the RGM community in wider Pepsico to share learnings and accelerate adoption of successful initiatives and embed RGM principles in commercial decision making.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools by partnering with RGM Capabilities team.
Qualifications
  • Strong academic background - quantitative degree preferred but not essential (Maths/Science).
  • Data analytics experience with the ability to extract key messages from complex data.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Commercial instinct to understand key business drivers.
  • Strong strategic & problem-solving skills.
  • High level of numerical and analytical skills essential – strong Excel modelling.
  • Creating compelling solutions & crafting clear communications – excellent PowerPoint.
