Overview

This role is dedicated to designing and facilitating participant-centered training for hourly and salaried employees of a manufacturing plant to unlock enhanced line performance and positively impact site culture. The Organizational Capability Resource will lead the leadership development agenda and the New Hire Orientation (NHO) experience, build and monitor program execution, and coach and develop a team of OC Coordinators.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4 Organizational Capability Coordinators including the New Hire Orientation (NHO) programs through High Point start up phases
  • Develop the team into expert facilitators including participant-centered learning philosophies
  • Coach and develop site Leadership Team on the Great 5, Discovery Insights, Franklin Covey, One PepsiCo Way, and all other PepsiCo leadership programs
  • Lead the leadership development and execution plan for the site
  • Work with Organizational Capability team to identify and understand organizational losses driven by skill & knowledge gaps and collaborate with site leadership to develop training plans to close gaps
  • Coordinate activities of site SME (Subject Matter Expert) leadership trainers and ensure they are effective at leading learning events (presentation skills etc.)
  • Monitor post-training effectiveness/retention through observing behavior changes, follow up conversations with managers, surveys and data collection
  • Develop leadership development curriculums and development plans in partnership with operations team (Captain to Coach, Coach to Leader, Leader to Director etc.)
  • Establish strong partnership with Talent Management & local People Business Partner
  • Collaborate with People Business Partner on Early Talent development programs (Campus, ALDP, etc)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required or 5-7 years of leadership development experience (as the leader or member of a learning and development department/group)
  • 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating in-person leadership and development participant centered programs and the application of newly learned skills/behaviors
  • Experience developing participant centered learning materials for a mixture of salaried and hourly audiences (this includes creating learner workbooks and facilitator guides)
  • Prior experience working with a diverse and dynamic audience and demonstrated effectiveness in delivering training using multiple methodologies, applications and adult-learning styles
  • Ability to lead through change and adjust to consistent change
