Pep Sales Training Program is a specialized training designed to provide real world FMCG sales exposure to graduates/post graduates
ResponsibilitiesPep sales trainees undergo 4 stints as part of their training program:
- PSR Shadow stint
- CE Shadow stint:
- Guided CE Stint
- Independent CE stint: 3 months
Post completion of 6 months training program they will be evaluated on whether they will be confirmed as a fulltime employees
