•Develop and drive integrated media strategy and annual media plans for assigned Beverage brands across all media platforms, based on business objectives;
•Lead holistic media planning and execution on a campaign basis to achieve media KPIs;
•Explore disruptive digital opportunities and develop consumer engagement models;
•Build media capabilities in media science and foundational principles to improve media efficiency and effectiveness
Responsibilities•Lead and manage the annual media strategies and planning for assigned Beverage brands based on business objectives;
•Develop integrated media plans to achieve aligned media KPIs e.g. reach & frequency
•Optimize media plans to drive media efficiency and effectiveness
•Mange media budget to ensure the usage on track
•Act as a key contact for internal and external communication of media campaigns, campaign reviews and media budgets;
•Stay ahead of China media trends to drive innovation on digital platforms
•Build media capabilities and lead assigned media projects in media science and foundational principles across PepsiCo categories
Qualifications•Literacy: in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
•Good command of English;
•Bachelor degree above;
•8 years+ media experience in relevant industry; FMCG brand side experience is preferred
•In-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional media
•Strong strategic thinking and data-driven mindset
