The Test & Learn Associate for PepsiCo’s Walmart Customer Team will be crucial in leading our business experimentation practice, leveraging Walmart’s new Scintilla data platform and Madrid data to accelerate growth.
In this role, you will provide guidance on strategic business decisions by leveraging Mastercard’s APT Test and Learn platform. This person will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define critical objectives and then design and execute business experiments to determine effective strategies and implementation approaches. The position requires deep understanding of business context and commercial nuances, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tests in a structured and efficient manner. This person will translate business questions into well-defined test setups within the APT platform, oversee execution and timeline management, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders to support decision-making. The role will also explore other available tools and toolsets to build a future business experimentation roadmap.
Responsibilities- Lead APT-based business tests end to end, from initial request intake through final readout and recommendation sharing.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, hypotheses, decision needs, timing, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Translate business needs into clear and well-structured and statistically sound test designs within the APT platform
- Coordinate with teams across Sales, GTM, Supply Chain, eCommerce and Insights teams, and other partners to gather inputs and maintain alignment.
- Set up, organize, and manage tests within APT, ensuring quality, consistency, and completeness of all required inputs.
- Track multiple ongoing and upcoming tests simultaneously, including milestones, risks, dependencies, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Ensure business context, customer dynamics, and operational nuances are reflected accurately in test setup and interpretation.
- Review results for business reasonableness and connect outputs to actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear summaries, presentations, and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support development of repeatable processes, documentation, and best practices to improve APT test governance and scalability.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Bachelor’s degree (Required) in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in analytics, business experimentation, project management, category/revenue management, consulting, or a related business function.
- Experience with APT / Test & Learn platforms or other business experimentation tools.
- Experience in CPG, retail, pricing, promotion, assortment, or commercial analytics.
- Experience with test-versus-control design, incrementality measurement, and interpretation of experiment results
- Experience with SQL, or similar analytical tools.
- Strong project and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive alignment among stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial context, business drivers, and customer-specific nuances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex findings for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar analytical tools is a plus
