The position:

Maintain and process the Master data requests to Vitoria Business Services (VBS), necessary for the operation of the company's processes, giving support to the organization and ensuring the level of service in the defined SLA’s.

The scope of the role is the VBS pricing and promotions maintenance service delivery, which must be in line with the PepsiCo Data protection Policies, Iberia Master Data procedures, VBS process flows and defined DTP’s.

Responsibilities

Maintain and process pricing Master Data request in line with the defined process flows and DTP’s
They must achieve the volume results and timeline in line with defined SLA’s and KPI’s.
The execution of the Master Data Pricing services delivery in VBS consist mainly with:
- Process the data in the Company's master files for the assigned activities: customers, discounts and promotions, sales structures, etc.
- Ensure the correct maintenance of the data in the systems according to the defined procedures.
- Provide support to applicants in their data requests, informing and facilitating the preparation of data templates and necessary documentation, and collaborating in the resolution of corrections and incidents.
- Execute the daily activities based on the requests received and the response times.
- Escalate the issues and possible conflicts in the delivery of the service to the VBS coordinator and RO Supervisor.
Support and keep contact with KBS, Sector and all Iberia stakeholders in Control, Commercial and Supply Chain.
Colaborate with the VBS masterdata coordinator, masterdata analyst as well as contractors and external associates in the Master Data VBS department when applicable
Support compliance with Spain and Vitoria legal and tax requirements
Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s Data protection policies & guidelines and to Iberia Master Data procedures.
Ensure the correct execution of the GCS controls defined to minimize the risks in the business processes and ensure the quality of the information.

Qualifications

1 year experience in Master Data / Shared Services / Service integration environment
Basic knowledge of the Iberia sales procecess, systems and their interrelationships.
Medium English Level
Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel.
Good planning and time management: “Focus and get things done fast”
